Half-Assed GDT: Blues Vs Preds 7PM

It was SO obvious. He wasn’t going into that corner even though he beat the D man there. He actually let up to let the D man get the puck. The rest of that line digs along the boards. Wonder how his line mates feel?
No. I don't. I know how they felt. I played the game, and had teammates.

We had great time at game today. Huge turnout of Blues fans here in Nashville. Special props to Ryan Suter, who after flipping puck to little kid next to us asked my nephew if he wanted one and flipped him one too. Faksa and Holloway also flipped pucks to kids near us (others may have on other side, but those were ones I saw). Need to get those guys extended!

Are you no longer located in Houston?

Right on. Enjoying it so far?
I am. It's a fun city, people are friendly, and the food is better than I expected. Weather is much more livable than Houston. Smaller city makes things more accessible too. We walked to lunch today, have 2 grocery stores in walking distance, and we even walked home from the game tonight.

That's awesome, man. You can easily catch a minimum of two Blues games each year and are a stones throw away from St. Louis to catch a playoff game.

Imagine wanting to trade Kyrou lmao

Thankfully we didn't drop Schenn for a bag of pucks like many wanted to either. That line has saved our season. Plus, Faulk and Buch contributing again makes a huge difference.

I'd like to put out a call this summer for an ROR -- Rescue O'Reilly. He deserves better than that laughing stock of a team.

Schenn has been good since forming that line. And he is a good fit. But the wings drive that line. They are our 2 best wingers this season by a fair margin. I think any decent C would have success there.

In the long run, I still feel we'd be better off having moved Schenn for the rumored returns. Not a bag of pucks, but multiple 1st and prospect equivilants were rumored. We'll see how valuable Schenn is at the end of his contract when Snuggy, Dvo, Lindstein are hitting their stride. This season matters less.

Holloway totally hates Kyrou. That's why they stay after practice together working on things by themselves after everyone else leaves.

Holloway is playing the long game. Boost Kyrou's trade value to force Army's hand so he has to trade hin. Kyrou plays Fortnite. No self-respecting hockey person could like him, right?

That sounds lovely.

You’re right, thankfully he wasn’t trade for a bag of pucks, the thing no one wanted here.
