Half-Assed GDT: Blues Vs Preds 7PM

They promote it on the broadcasts now. Funny how MLB promotes it nonstop but wont let Pete Rose into the hall still.

Blockering maybe but not sure if TD in the NHL rulebook or just USA hockey. Plus it only applies really to goalies
 
I don't like the way they have played the past 2 periods. Too passive and letting Hofer stand on his head and letting Trashville control the play.

Sloppy. And -really- bad games from a few guys in particular. Hopefully it serves as a wake-up call for Thursday.

Kyrou's looking to avoid contact really bothers me. Racing deep in The O-Zone after the dumped puck, when he saw the Pred defender alongside him, with the puck and both of them heading to the boards behind the net, he held up, letting The Pred get it, and didn't knock him into the boards to prevent him from gaining control of the puck and making the clearing pass to his teammate. ALL The other Blues are making contact at any opportunity, to keep The Preds off the puck. That kind of play is what led to the 3-0 lead.
