Been talked about to death but Dvorsky definitely needs to improve his footspeed. Honestly looks worse than O'Reilly's speed. ROR was a unicorn that could make it work but for Dvorsky it is a massive weakness.

He has skills you can’t teach but it’ll be tough for him to be a consistent threat at even strength until he improves that area. He has work to do this offseason.
