This powerplay is absolute garbage. Get Krug off the pwoerplay he hasn't earned it, I don't care how many goddamned powerplay points he's had.

With all the key injuries we really need remaining core players to step up. Need more from ROR, Perron, Schenn, Faulk, and Krug if we are going to survive this stretch. They need to carry us and they’re not doing it right now.
What makes the Blues so hard to defend is their depth. When you can throw out 2 “first lines” and a very dependable bottom 6, the Blues score by committee.

Now the Kings and Phoenix can matchup their best defensive players against ROR/DP57/Ect

We are a physical, defensive team who isn’t very physical and doesn’t play very good defense.
I do remember concerns about that being voiced before the season started. Still, given the current injuries, I think it's hard to read too much into it.

I think a problem that no one is really talking about is that we're seeing a team that's built to win in a different way that's losing precious time to find that new identity and hone that style of game because of all the time lost due to injuries.

It's not just enough to stay in the playoff picture until the roster gets healthy. There needs to be enough time for the team to actually hit its stride together before the playoffs start if they're going to be any sort of meaningful threat at all.

Joy....PP

I don't expect anything.

This reminds me why I stopped attending Blues games in person. They suck at home.

I understand that this team could almost make another roster of injured players.

But for God's sake, this team still has 5 top-6 players, a top-4 consisting of quality talent, and an above average starting goaltender. This team should not look this bad.

This isn't a team giving up, this is a team playing as hard as they can and showing all the deficiencies. Injuries aren't this team's only problem but really is the biggest problem. The best thing I can say is that the team isn't giving up, they're getting tired and there's something bizarre about them getting so tired, so quick. The hell is up here?

When Dustin Penner last time played in Kings they owned us. So its 8-9 years ago. Jeeeeeeesus.

Chief style of game could wear them down. Its almost like Hitch type of hockey.

Our 4th line hae been best forward line. So give to them more ice time. Clifford - DLR - MacMac

I don't care what you think, I'm just going to come out and going to say it, Blues miss Pietrangelo big time, even more so with Colt out. Krug and Faulk lazy and amateur level defending from both of them. There I said it.
