I think it's worth a try with Barron at 2C. I know he doesn't have the hands of a 2C but Names has gone cold and Barron can be a net driver that Names likely can't.

Barron has had a good playoff, but I'd probably go back to the game 1 and 2 recipes where Scheifele saw a lot of Robert Thomas, I think Arniel will go the distance playing his best on best. Lowry would be the guy I want against Schenn, I think he can physically impose himself there. I like the idea of Perfetti on that line because Schenn's line has Neighbours on it, and I'd like to believe that we got the better pick in the 2020 draft, so far he's been snake bitten but maybe a net driver gives him some more confidence to make good plays with the puck.

I don't mind the idea of Barron matching up against Sundqvist. Or Namestnikov.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Barron-Tanev matching up against the Faksa line, which is St. Louis's 4th line agitators. They could win that matchup again.

Only one line has to win a matchup in a series like this, everybody else has to hold it down. Keep momentum up.

Not losing special teams would go a long way.

I don't think Fetts is snake bitten at all, he has been playing with confidence, the problem he is having is that he is paired with two gigantic anchors weighing him down in Vlad and Nino, those two have been terrible and couldn't finish their breakfast let alone a play that Fetts sets up for them.

As soon as Fetts had any time with 81 and 55 he made plays that resulted in two goals and should've had one of his own that got called back.

Haha I think it's like you being really anxious about public speaking and then you go do it and you piss your pants in front of everyone.

This group is going to have to sustainably perform in this playoffs to erase the trauma of the past playoffs.

The past two games just reinforced my fears - but I'm grasping at straws to allay them - the main one bring the flu bug.

Obviously too small of an sample to draw any conclusions, but I'd certainly use it as a reason to give it a try

Yeah I remember that line being really solid though maybe a little anemic... I wonder if that's what they'll go back to. Iafallo is a halfway decent scorer so maybe they can make something happen.

Has anyone watched the other playoff games and see how they are called ... totally different rules than the Jet games?
Maybe Jet fans should stop talking about Hellebuyck and start talking about the BS officiating…. Every ficken game they favorite the Blues.
During the season the Jets were 25th in minor penalties but in the playoffs they are #1.
What are the odds of 8 different refs in 4 games and all 8 favor the Blues?
It's like they have orders from the top.
