No problem. Pekarcik plays rw.
Thoughts on 4th line of Pekarcik - Jecho - Stancl ?
Maybe we’ll see that line in Springfield soon.

If they all hit that could be interesting line. I’m still skeptical of jecho.Thoughts on 4th line of Pekarcik - Jecho - Stancl ?

I would be willing to bet Dvo plays with Pekarcik. We don't have a better prospect I've seen as a playmaker. Maybe put him with Kaski for some speed/defense and have them set up Dvo. I think Dvo at least starts the season in the AHL. Maybe Dean with Jecho and Stancl. Peca with Stenberg and Peterson. McGing with Robertsson and andonovskiThoughts on 4th line of Pekarcik - Jecho - Stancl ?

I might be wrong, but I don’t think we know for sure that Peca will be back next year. Either way, that’s shaping up to be an awfully young roster in SPR, so I’m betting we’ll see some vets brought in. I will be thrilled if just one of them hitsIf they all hit that could be interesting line. I’m still skeptical of jecho.
Peca is a great vet to have around the kids so hopefully he comes back but I'm not sure. I agree there will be some vets sprinkled in there, still a long offseason to go so some of these guys might be moved as wellI might be wrong, but I don’t think we know for sure that Peca will be back next year. Jecho mostly played RW this season from what I saw. Usually on a like centered by Sawchyn.Thoughts on 4th line of Pekarcik - Jecho - Stancl ?

I see Jecho as having below average hockey sense so would be surprised if he’s able to successfully play C in the pros. But I could see him being a decent bottom-6 RW that plays a simple north-south game that’s good along the boards and on the cycle.
Yes.Is he physical at all? Anything like Toro?
But I don’t see that being with us.Jecho still in a longshot to me. His size is a huge advantage at his current stage. Next year when he is playing against men in AHL is he going to be able to continue to dominate? He isn't overly physical and his skating could use some work. He has a strong commitment to a 2 way game but that will only take him so far. He is going to need to polish up some areas in the AHL for a few years before he gets a taste of the big leagues. The good news is he has the time to over marinate.
He has 1 more year of Jrs left. Won’t be in the AHL next season.Jecho still in a longshot to me. His size is a huge advantage at his current stage. Toro is way smarter and knows when to edge away for a hit.Would love to be wrong, but I just don’t believe in Jecho’s motor.
Re: comparison to Toropchenko - Toropchenko’s compete level is on a whole different level than what I’ve seen from Jecho.
It’s not great that Slovakia scratched him. They don’t even have many (any?) NHL guys on the team. He needs to really up his pace (and skating) if he wants to be NHL player. Right now he’s not that close.Sounds like Dvorsky is out of the line up for the match against Latvia.

I doubt it.The kid's had a long first pro season. Let's see where he is come training camp. I'm guessing he starts next year in St. Louis.
He’s not going to displace anyone on the roster at this rate. Lots of AHL minutes and getting stronger will be the priority. Maybe he comes up later in the season. The kid's had a long first pro season. Let's see where he is come training camp. I'm guessing he starts next year in St. Louis.
Think it was a scratch, I saw some translated quotes on twitter, one said they didn't want to put a 19 year old in the situation they were in. To me it's sort of similar to Bolduc or Snuggerud. Just because some see "warning signs", doesn't mean there are any actual issues, and this is just normal development.Do we know for sure Dvorsky was scratched and not injured? Hopefully he’s not injured.

Barring an insane training camp or injuries I think he is definitely going to spend most the season in the AHL.The kid's had a long first pro season. Let's see where he is come training camp. I'm guessing he starts next year in St. Louis.
