It's really not as simple as playing it up the boards, there was a boston player taking away that


It's not as simple as going up the boards. There was a forechecker taking it away, the same forechecker who beat Brassard up the ice. In fact it was brassard who directed Anderson behind the net. You want to make it easy on your teammates. Forcing your goaltender to play the puck on his backhand is making it tougher.

If you want to blame both Brass and Andy fine, I just thought it was unfair at the time that Brass was being blamed for it. If you watch it again, Andy does have a chance to play it off the boards if he does it right away. He waited too long and then threw it back towards the goal line.

Either way, it doesn’t matter now. We won the game anyway.

Yeah, we should definitely be practicing now and then. If only to get positional routines down and stuff. But at this point it's probably too late and we'll need another top-down evaluation. Let's just try and salvage a point out of this mess.
