6 goals in 5 games with a whopping 3.9 SH%. To say, Hawks need to be better is a massive understatement.

When does Chicago usually announce the starter for each game?

Just weird they haven’t announced it yet
I read the plan was for Subban to start last game to give Lankinen a breather for the Nashville games. Unless Subban's SO last game changed the plan, I expect Lankinen to start.

I hope we do not get the same old script....same old usual Hawks kikkers do it again for Nash while our stars go MIA..I hope not but we have seen tge script too may times before to refrain from thinking it probably happens again...of course it is time to revert the script znd make them suffer...but too much to expect this Hawks team will go gaffeless...turnover or coverage mistakes and pop goes tge puck into our net..And/OR shot from tgeirvpiunt go in...ours go wide or get blocked....Also we will take too many stupid penalties that coukd cost us.

Expect this team to play full 60...Miyake free hockey Nd All buy in for the Team?

You are dreaming g...not gonna happen.

Cause same old script probably repeats again ...or we make theirvgoakies look like unbeatable walls..

I want to see that new script...but I fear I will be disappointed...again.

Seems JC likes to play his cards close to the chest before any important games. I’d be shocked if anyone other than Lankienen started tonight though. Although Subban coming off a shutout might throw off the plan a little bit.

Subban's poor rebound control is often discussed on this board but seldom do we hear what he does well. Last game we saw firsthand one of his assets. His active stick. He broke up a few dangerous plays in close before they could materialize.
Coming off a shutout and with Lankinen's play not exactly god-like lately, JC must be torn on who to start tonight.
