I love the Prime games because they show the pregame warmups (Enter Sandman pumping up the crowd), pregame introductions, and both anthems, not to mention the game sounds and crowd noise sounds are much more prevalent, whereas with the TSN or SN productions the talking heads are shown talking incessantly until pretty much puck-drop, like their voices and opinions are WAY more important than the game itself, and the play-by-play and colour commentator volumes drown out the crowd noise.

It’s incredibly refreshing.

Everyone should watch Tyler Bertuzzi in this game and thank their lucky stars that Treliving couldn't find room to fit his salary.

Yep! Good riddance to that guy. He's already proving to be a dud with the Blackhawks, just like he was here when he wasn't propped up by Matthews.

There is an ex-Leaf that could be a problem, though. Mrazek has been a quality starter for Chicago ever since we dumped him.

I'm surprised people are excited about the game being on Prime. Prime is really the only games where the stream has had issues for me, but some seem to feel the exact opposite. Not sure why there is such a discrepancy among viewers.

It hasn't been great for me either but then again, I watch it on a TV set (as opposed to a computer monitor) so I'm guessing that's the difference.

I've had no issues with Prime on my TV, it's been great.

Service Provider may have an impact. I know in our neighbourhood, people that watched the Tyson fight with Bell had tons of streaming issues while those on Cogeco had no issues at all.

Mine are gone. I wasn't attending until a neighbour asked me yesterday if I wanted to go, he has his 4 company seats in the Scotia Club.
I've sat there for the Raptors but not hockey.

Oh nice!! Enjoy. I once went with my buddy when he worked for Sony and we were 7 rows from the glass but behind the net. I'll take your seats any day over that.

Not points or percentage by definition.
Maybe we can put this to bed now?

That much later getting home.

Yes ... it's in bed.

If two or more teams are tied in points after the regular season, the first tiebreaker is the team that has the most regulation wins. The second tiebreaker is team that has the most wins in regulation and overtime. The third tiebreaker is team that has the most wins of any kind.

Not sure you can have less points and better points percentage :biglaugh:

Yeah, I like my seats minus the stair climb lol
I sat in the HP seats, first row behind the visiting bench once. Ovechkin was 3 feet in front of me but not a great view of the play.

I'm assuming these are upper reds same as the basketball seats, not sure though. No complaints from me when it's free.

I know a few others going including my buddy who works for a booze company, he's sponsoring the bar before hand.
I try not to drink early in the week but I won't want to be rude so I'll make an exception tonight. lol

Mrazek played yesterday so we likely don't see him. Soderblom stopped 69/73 shots we fired against him last year. Supposed to be their number 3 but Broissot is hurt.

Do they show the anthems on Prime? I'd rather they skip that part tbh and thought they did fill the time with commentary vs. showing the anthem? mabye I'm mistaken.

at any rate, I like the Prime broadcast and their pre-game approach.

Soderblom could steal the game, he's big.

I worry less about us playing down to other teams under Berube but it's still a concern in the back of my mind because of years with this core.

Bedard has completely fizzled out. Maybe it's just not that easy to be a franchise changing 1st overall like Matthews. Maybe some players just aren't as good as the hype. Interesting to see where their franchise goes in the near future.

Bedard is ballsacks pass it around.
Said the same thing about Celebrini; they're hyping him up WAY too much, and with Bedard we're seeing the downside of overhyping. He's in a dry spell, and suddenly everyone's asking why all the hype? He may not be that good.

Not really fair to a 19 year old with no good players around him.

I also watch on a TV, so you may be right that that has something to do with it. No issues with other streams through the TV though.

I’m on Telus in BC and they’re notoriously bad. Also, I did have a few streaming issues with the Tyson “fight” so perhaps it’s more of a provider issue.

f***face Furlatt reffing tonight. Ugh.

team better get ready to pump up that 5v5 scoring, because we sure aren't going to get many calls.

With Soderblom in net, you'd think this is an easy win. a .888 and 3.67 career stats, but then you find out we are the only team in the league he has played and hasn't lost to... a perfect 2-0 with a .945

we make this guy look like dominik hasek.
