Chances of getting bedard are terrible and i'm not really inclined to getting him. I would rather have fantilli. Either way, they will be gone by pick 5 most likely. So, it'd be nice to have a shot at it. We are already close to a dumpster fire, so where is the lighter fluid at?

There is definitely more to it than just Bedard, so having a chance to move up is a good thing.
