I feel like this is taking extraordinarily long.

I think we need a 3 or 4 hour pick clock, between the hours of like 8am-10pm. If you dont pick within 4 hours of when your pick starts you will be skipped, but can make your pick whenever you get back with what players are available. This will speed things up a bit at least. If they dont pick within 24 hours I would just replace them with someone on the waiting list. Everyone has cellphones now a days. I would suggest subscribing to the thread for email updates to be able to keep an eye on when your pick is.

We'll now be operating on a 5 hour clock to make up for lost time.
