No gimmicks is a plus. Officially truncating the NHL schedule like this every 2 years sucks and will further pond-hockey-ize the regular season, but if that’s what the PA agrees to so be it
Guy in your profile picture surely doesn't approve this postGive me some Russia!!!
All sounds amazing except for playing in Europe. That is a bad plan. Us and Canadian players stay home while the euros fly to Europe and then fly back a week later. Lot easier to have it all on one location so it's fair for everyone.
And if you think I'm wrong then please let Canada and USA play in Europe and fly back. They'd all be pissed.
Just cause a dude was born in Helsinki, Stockholm, kladno or Kosice...does not mean they want to fly there mid season to play 2 games and fly back.
We need at least one gimmick teamThis is the right way to do it.
Eight nations + no gimmick teams. Always nice to see international hockey with the superstars becoming more common.
We need at least one gimmick team
How about Team Petterssons & Millers. Just for the drama and tickets! O/U 1.5 fights in a practice?Just put all the Peterssons on one team, it would confuse….wait what?
It’s already happened?
What in the heck?
That would definitely be fair.Well, if they host the whole thing there, it’s more fair.
Russia is banned in almost everything...Is Russia playing? If not, it doesn’t matter
Do you think that might explain why I made the comment?Russia is banned in almost everything...
I guess + Russia, Czechia, Slovakia and Switzerland
