4-0-1 with better numbers than Shesterkin so far this year. Yeah, Georgiev sucks! At least he doesn’t have to play behind that shit defense they have in NY!

Hey, I'd love to be wrong. I'm a long time Georgiev owner in my keeper league. He's been trash his entire career to this point, even behind some decent Rangers teams.

I'm not getting excited about a tiny sample of early season games.

Literally just won the cup with a half blind Kuemper and swept the Oilers with our backup. If they lose this year it won't be because of Georgiev.

Georgiyev isn’t better than either of those players.

Samsonov was given more chances than he earned in Washington. It's a well-run organization that gave him all the right support, and he pooped his pants at the worst possible moments in addition to generally sub-par performance. Maybe getting dumped by the Caps was the wake-up call he needed. Then again, there were several wake-up calls prior to that.

Confidence should be low.

Since we can say ludicrous things and have it go unchallenged. I think Libor Hajek is having a better season than Cale Makar. How could you not agree?

Looks like Laviolette is the problem...based on Samsonov Vanacek Kuemper this year.

Vanacek has a .889 SV% in NJ.

Regardless, too early to tell IMO.

Just kidding to the other poster but Georgiev is playing great for us and that’s all fans could have hoped. Suggesting the fact the Avs gave anything to get him was aweful is a bad take.

I could have won the cup if I was in goal for the Avs last year. Georgiev is fine for this squad.
