Since the '67 expansion, what season is the 18th best offensive season by a non-Big Four (Gretzky, Lemieux, Orr, Howe) player?

People generally think of points scored when they think of "offense," but really, you can consider things like scoring chance generation, effective neutral zone transition game, effective forechecking that causes turnovers, good puck possession in the offensive zone to be part of a player's offensive game.

Things like back checking, defensive play and positioning, shot blocking, body checking to knock players off the puck outside of the attacking zone are irrelevant here. These are things to consider when voting in the best two-way seasons since 1967 polls series.

Voted before I saw 74 Espo was still hanging around for whatever reason. 74 Espo is right up there with 2019 Kucherov I would say, if not more deserving. Stole a Hart from Orr.

How did Sakic get #13 by the rules stated in the OP?

Jagr had the better offensive season, Sakic made up for that by being much better defensively, which is irrelevant to this poll.

2001 Jagr should at the absolute worst, be ranked immediately behind Sakic.

Sakic didn't get a Mario boost that year. Jagr was struggling until Lemieux made his comeback.
