I really pride myself on the details of how players make it and why and the circumstances...and all that.

I don't know that I'll ever understand the Nathan MacKinnon trajectory.

He just levels up whenever he accumulates enough experience

I immediately thought of Mike Knuble.

...maybe Todd White.

I dont fully agree or disagree on Knuble. For some reason people kept giving him 3rd and 4th line minutes. He always produced pretty good with limited ice-time. But then again he did step up his game as well so I'm torn on him
