Best in shootouts?

Erik Christensen was GOAT. Literally the only thing he contributed was shootout goals.

every goalie in the league knows what Silfverberg is going to do. Come down with speed over the left side and rip it off the far side top corner. He was over 50% last year and is 2 for 2 this season!

He was 4 for 7 in Ottawa too.

Zibanejad is pretty good at 11 for 22.

His best goal was the one where he said he closed his eyes before he shot the puck so the goalie couldn't see where he was looking.

Active players under 30% with at least 50 shots

Ovechkin - 27/92 (29.3%)
Sharp - 17/61 (27.9%)
Lecavalier - 14/61 (23%)
Richards - 17/59 (28.8%)
Zetterberg - 13/57 (22.8%)
Kesler - 15/56 (26.8%)
Kessel - 15/56 (26.8%)
Carter - 13/50 (26%)

Vinny was fire in shootouts from about 05 to 07. Then every goalie in the NHL got a clue and realized he uses the same 5 hole deke EVERY single time no matter how often it works or fails.

And with Marty St. Louis skating backwards into the goalie. It worked ONCE against Fleury and Marty kept doing it over and over and failing at it.

Marc Denis and Johan Holmqvist were surprisingly very good in shootouts. When the Lightning got to the extra round (back when Vinny and Marty hadn't been figured out yet) you could pretty much pencil in that we were gonna win. Between them allowing MAYBE 1 goal on 3 shots, Vinny and Marty being handy and (best of all) Brad Richards HAULING IT to towards the opposing goaltender and roofing a shot every time he was up, we were great in shootouts in 2006.

And that remains the only year in Lightning history of such a feat.

If Lupul doesn't score he hits the post.
Bozak is pretty close to automatic too.
Parenteau

I'm surprised Boyes hasn't scored, but one attempt.
