Yup, Which is why I thought leaving Tarasenko with Kreider and Trocheck as a more balanced option.

I think they got Mikkola to play him. Over Harpur.

I personally would go with Gauthier over Cuylle.

Tarasenko is a solid defensive player these days.

Vesey has looked awesome with the big guns. I def understand him losing that spot but people who couldnt stomach him there are weird.

I think he's gonna replace Vesey on ZIb's line but that line has potential to be really not great.

Tarasenko is still very good and a great add but the star he was several years ago, he most certainly is not. He's pretty bad defensively at this point, with Panarin being worse.

111 pts in his last 113 GP usually isn't "toast", but maybe he develops Ranger-itis and is de facto toast, we'll see.

Unless Cuylle (or Othmann) has a stretch up in the NHL putting up some numbers, I'd find a spot for Gaut on the 4th.

His size and speed (and quasi-figuring out how to score) is the type of stuff you need in the playoffs
