Best Fighter in NHL History

I voted Laraque too but if you watch an early fight of his, he lost to Twist.
Laraque has stated Twist, Grimson and Brashear (very underrated) as his toughest opponents.
I've met him a few times and he mentioned when he came into the league, the Oilers didn't have a proper scale to weigh him, and used an Eskimos (Elks) scale. He was like 273lbs and had to lose weight.:oops:
His 1st pro fight was vs Rob Ray and he fractured Ray's cheekbone and after that, no one would fight him in his rookie year.
Just an absolute gigantic dude at
6'3, 255
Meh, close to a draw though..

Twist got the upper hand because his jersey/shoulders pads came off

pound for pound: Domi

He was short and fat....Was 205+.

Arm length for arm length you have a point.

I hear this pound for pound Domi thing here and there and genuinely don't think people understand what it means.

The short, fat idiot doesn't get a pound for pound nod - he wasn't the runt people project him to be.

Going with Probert.

Had size, ability, stamina and a willingness to take one to land one.

Sure he took a few L's, but there's not a HW in Hockey that hasn't taken L's.

Personally, from an enforcers perspective, hes the GOAT

Nobody ever fought Johnny Gaudreau before because nobody ever dared to. Boy had crazy eyes. He would mess you up son you should sit down.

but it's Probert. 2nd is a more interesting conversation. Joey Kocur, Tony Twist, Georges Laraque, Dave Schultz, Dave Manson. Scary dudes. McGratton and Simon are guys I grew up with that I thought were pretty tough. Ross Johnston too. f*** there have been some monstrous humans to have laced them up though. Beef squad.
