I've tried a lot of things over the years and found the best solution for myself. 60-70% water, 30-40% powerade and a half teaspoon of salt. But I'm wondering what has worked for other people... so please tell us

I just chug water all day 1.5-3L on the day of the game and then bring water to the game and barely touch it because I'm so hydrated
1/3 sport drink, 2/3 water
Coconut Water. I feel way better during and after since I switched from Water to Coconut Water. I drink 1L per game.

This!!!It's so delicious and sadly equally as expensive. I can't justify buying it for every skate but coco water is amazing stuff, mother nature's original energy drink. Almost no one knows what it is, I bet guys would get a good laugh if you showed up with a coconut and a straw on the bench...
