This is exactly the reason I hope that the Leafs keep Reimer...nice having two goaltenders capable of being a number one:)

so Berniers injury was actually a previous one that hes been playing through.

Meh, probably a pretty minor injury given that he stayed on the bench. Reimer was unreal tonight, he can absolutely hold the fort for a few games if Bernier needs some time to recover.

Reimer played well. Let Bernier rest and start Reimer on Sunday. No need to rush him back especially after a big W.

Carlyle said he was having issues before the game. His movement didn't seem like there was much trouble. Hopefully it's just something nagging and he decided it was best for himself and the team to not continue. I hope he'll be back in time for either game of our back to back with Detroit and Tampa. That's like 8 points in 2 nights.

I'm not surprised with the workload this guy has to deal with. It sucks but it doesn't seem overly serious, hopefully some rest will help him recover.
