GDT: Beating Sharkey's Machine

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

I am drink and still awake and we won and I miss the game. I was following on Google and it said bake had a goal bit then it was gone and did they call a revise against us again?

Also it is 2 am at Atlanta hotel and I had to use Google update andn not watch.

I admire the commitment to the Orlov drinking game.

But yes, Jarvis set up Blake for a breakaway as he entered the zone, but Blake entered the zone slightly before the puck, so it was offside. It was pretty clear in the replay.

Rumors about Burns's demise were greatly exaggerated. The man can still play NHL hockey at a pretty high level. Somebody's going to sign him next season for 2nd and/or 3rd pairing duties and be happy with him, especially if said team has a young defensive group that needs mentoring. Buffalo and San Jose, in particular, could really use him, though I see him in Dallas outside of a Canes' Stanley Cup upset.

Sharks defenseman forced Jarvis to be a step behind, thus causing the play to be offside.
Still, a nice play and tough for Blake to anticipate that Jarvis was going to get him the puck a step late.
