Thank you for the context, I’ll walk back my statement somewhat. To my eye it seemed like an up and down season with stretches of good play but could be my bias as his play the last few years, and specifically last postseason especially really soured me on this player.
It’s too bad that it hasn’t seemed to translate to the playoffs.
The key here is the bolded. We are all hard wired to see things that reinforce our existing beliefs and there are few players that are more likely to trigger this than Nurse. His mistakes are expected and are often very easily noted. What he does well is not so easily remembered.
The numbers I posted are not explicit proof of a "good season" but they are strong evidence that his general play has been much better than in the past.
And here comes the playing victim. Lol. Again, you always do this- say something so blatantly wrong or obnoxious, get called out on it- play victim that you are getting picked on. Like I said- carry on. I’m not going to reply to your posts.
