bad goal, but also bad pass by smith to try to set up a highly covered zacha when he had a clear shot on net.

also johnsson right now choosing not to skate it out of the zone and pass it back to a defender leads to a face off in our own zone.

They didn’t help. They’re going to be on the ice for goals against, it’s what happens a lot with all three of those players 5v5 so putting them together is risky.

What an absolutely awful series of decision making, guys draped all over Zacha force the puck to him. Johnsson two times in the same shift manufactured the forecheck for the other team. Mack should probably have that puck but we are bleeding chances now.
