It was a clean hit, they're up 1. You want them to take a penalty on a clean hit (could even say it's an answer to Dahlin blowing someone up) and start the period shorthanded? That's how it becomes a tie game.

If we could have guaranteed offsetting penalties, sure but no need to go down a man to start the period when up by 1 on a clean hit

It was just a fraction of a second after the whistle. The team did go over but nobody threw hands. Because this is no longer 1990s hockey
