Watch enough hockey outside of just Habs games, and you come to terms with the reality of competing in the league these days. It's very hard to consistently play the exceedingly entertaining style you pine for while consistently maintaining a level of success you'd tolerate as well. You'd be even more bored watching at least 2/3rds of the league. Or you'd witness more losing.
