This is not the time to shit talk to Marner after all he's done this year. Last year sure he didn't play well in the playoffs but there's a good chance that if the leafs make a very deep run he finishes top 3 in playoff scoring.

I mean, he was legit the best player on the ice in game one and buddy's response was "but what about that time he fell down this year" and you want to pretend people aren't saying ridiculous things?

Other buddy might need to settle for his own sanity, but ten minutes in the Marner thread will show anyone these things are said regularly.

Nerves are done, this will be a tougher game for us and there’s still a lot more hockey to be played and 3 more wins needed.

Guaranteed tha Ottawa has already flushed that game down the toilet and are coming with a better game.

I think we will need to be better tonight to get the win.
