Sure - blame the two players who were critical in both the regulation goals.Tavares and Nylander were horrible. So was Marner actually
Need much better 60 min from those guys
Let's just call all their fans lil bro from now onHas anyone sifted through the “advanced stats” yet to see if little brother got the expected win tonight?
But if you go within 5 feet of Stuzle, he's going to fall on his ass...They also need to get on Stutzle. They're looking a bit like a deer in headlights right now when he gets the puck and giving him a lot of space to make a play.
Crazy talk, indeed. JT woulda had both GWG's in this series if that fluky tip doesnt go in from Gaudette to tie it.Sure - blame the two players who were critical in both the regulation goals.
Not on Bowen, exclusively. Seen Cuthbert and others do the same thing multiple times... 88 vs 89, likely the culprit from up high.Other day he called Nylander, Robertsson
They know you touch him - he dives. So they just contain him without engaging. They also need to get on Stutzle. They're looking a bit like a deer in headlights right now when he gets the puck and giving him a lot of space to make a play.
Domi should a read the play but whateverIt was a rare mistake from OEL.
Sure - blame the two players who were critical in both the regulation goals.
Yes, JT struggled in the dot. Bfd
Hell of a player.. He's just got a lot to learn, still - and ya, don't love the dives. They know you touch him - he dives. So they just contain him without engaging.
I think they should just give the Sens the win tonight. Marner was not on the perimeter when the goal was scored. Stolarz I think only was allowed to actually behead someone and the Sens only needed one shot in the third. The Leafs also had too many men in Overtime as they can only win 3 on 3 I counted 5 players on the Leafs ( I didn't bother counting the Sens players). Some Leaf “fans” are desperately grasping at anything they can right now to try and downplay the team’s success.
Yea I agree. He looks like a really good player out there. If Ottawa makes a splash in this series he'll probably be a big part of it. Does look like he goes down pretty easy thoughHell of a player.. He's just got a lot to learn, still - and ya, don't love the dives.
We've basically never had the better goalie in the net in a series before. This year feels so different with Stolarz in net… the guy is a literal Savage.
Clears his own net like a Bouncer!
Did this guy say nylander was horrible??Sure - blame the two players who were critical in both the regulation goals.

Second line scored and look dangerous on a couple shifts hard to single them out when we know mcmann should be on that line but whatever second line has to help the third one right ?The third line was exposed hard tonight and also the second line didn't do much either. In general Berube has had a difficult time figuring out a combination with Domi/Robertson/McMann and has been shifting them around constantly. There is no way he goes on the road without last change with this same configuration IMO. He also barely played Robertson at all after the penalty.
MacLean is now a rambling old man. The only one solid on there is Bieksa. Where is Jen? Did they fire her?Sportsnet looks so sad
The willingness to battle has not gone un-noticed. That 22 year old playing with 16 and 34 showing them how to compete in playoff hockey. Even JT & Willie willing to engage.Huge W.
That was trending towards heartbreaking loss but Domi comes up big.
Bieska talking about Benoit and that was a great entry that setup the sequence.
This team feels different this season.
