Probably the best place to pull a drop pass, actually; Benoit drew three Senators towards him, and the drop was really short, so there wasn't much risk of a steal (two Sens tried, but they both missed completely).

Ya that is weird. Can someone explain why they are clearly rooting for the sens. Normally I don’t care, but it’s pretty biased.

Far too lacklustre a performance and it will not allow me to be convinced that this team has it.

Regardless, a win is a win. Neither team gave up too much and the refs missed at least one call against the Sens.

The big dogs have to feast on more than just PPs, especially as they head to Ottawa and cant control the match ups. If they don't, there is no way they get past a Florida team.

Stolarz is having a main character year. I'm optimistic.

That was a rare mistake from Ekman-Larsson, it put Domi in no man's land.

Still don’t think this game should’ve gone to OT and the breakdown on the Sens tying goal still pisses me off. Oh and it seems the refs listened to Green’s bitching and moaning and put the whistles away for them.

But we won. That’s all that matters. Domi looked awful most of the game but he got us the W. Everything else is water off a ducks back.

Leafs were the better team in periods 1, 3 and OT. So yeah, they really did deserve it.

Domi redeemed himself for his sloppy and dangerous defensive turnovers/giveaways in the third with a super important goal in overtime. From zero to hero.


Now our Leafs are 2-0 in their series and Game 1 of the battle of Florida isn’t over yet lol.

As I’ve explained numerous times, Max Domi is the type of player you want on your team in the playoffs.

Fine, but his line has to be the 4th line. I want more of the Laughton line.
