Poor guys got swept in the east finals and got swept (0/4) in their attempts to get past the east finals.

Romani potentially can go to a 5th one next year! I wonder if that has happened before- 5 east/west finals in a row for a player

Lots of fans/STHs wish this were true. Probably not gonna happen though. Colts got beat by a better coached team; not necessarily a better team. This has been Martys downfall for years. Oh well, lets hope Oshawa shocks everyone and kicks the Knights right in the armoured up nuts.

He gets out coached every series he is in.. when he has the best goaltender in a series is the only time usually has a chance...hopefully the rumblings behind the scenes are true and he is moving on again

Williamson is one of the very best hockey executives in the league. The colts should want to retain him imo. I do think Marty should bring in a co-coach though.
The generals were just a more composed team throughout the series. Too often colts players blew coverages to chase, fumbled pucks and made blind passes, and took too many penalties. Credit the gens players for some of that, but a lot of that was due to a low panic threshold displayed by some colts players.

Imo i think its time for a new voice and direction. Whether you want to credit him or the scouting staff there has been some talent brought in over the last few years and yet no success to show for what has been in place.Lack of adjustments , poor starts, and some puzzling line up decisions that have been going on too long.

I’ll agree with the line up decisions part. Stewart is a L4 player in the current roster imo. He was completely lost with Beaudoin being a lot more aggressive individually on offence rather than concentrating on being a shut down centre. The frequency of that line not being in control of the puck while three gens forwards were behind them was astounding. The minus stat line of that trio was deserved I think.
 
2nd round pick Edgar Eamon playing for Chatham maroons had hat trick tonight in Sutherland cup finals..Chatham beat st catharines 7-3 to take game 1
