going off his time in baltimore, i wouldn't bet on johnson knowing much at all about the ravens playbook

I get the thought process here...but I'd still have just promoted whoever is on the practice squad over a malcontent who couldn't give less of a shit about anything but his stats.

funny enough, the ravens claimed steven sims off the texans practice squad after johnson signed with them
