Really impressed with Gustafsson lately.

Samberg and Pionk were great, they really complement each other well.

Agreed with all. Sammy coming back makes a huge difference and Pionk was really good tonight. Anyone watching tonight, please explain why you don't want Pionk back if he comes at a reasonable price, because you will be hard pressed to find a similar RHD anywhere near the $6M price point.

Second time MVPllebuyck has shutout the Avalanche this season. Leon is not as important to his team as Connor is to his.

The boys helped keep Colorado off the score sheet and put them in when they had the chance, other than that gaping net KC missed.

You call him Samberg, I call him Iceberg. That guy is cold mfer. What a defenseman.

I think tonight showed a # 2 center is probably our biggest need. Lurch and Nino changed the complexion of the game, but a permanent fix is needed. I really liked how our D stepped up which makes me a little less concerned with an upgrade there.

Love that Chuck senior was in the house tonight to see his kid get the shut out after his ceremony.

I only made it through two periods so far (due to an upper body injury slowing me down).

Thought that was one of the better games for our D core top to bottom that I have watched this season. Pionk elevates when he plays with Samberg. That pair is a nice mix. Morrissey is the Ace Face as usual. DeMelo much more DeMelo like. Stan had a good game tonight. He does better sheltered and not on the PK if possible or maybe the last 30 seconds vs the second unit.

Blender seemed to help. Our team played with a sense of urgency all night.

I thought the game had a nice flow and Colorado had their fair share of chances but Helle was so solid tonight.

1st line got off to a bit of a slow start but really picked it up as the game went along.

Ehlers dangerous tonight.

Lanche are banged up but that is still a good team that played pretty dam good but ran into a hot goalie and an engaged opponent.

Fun Saturday night.

4/5 Skeletons tonight, Helle shows once again that the best goalie in the NHL resides in Winnipeg. Nik wakes up, Samberg and Pionk were great together again. 2pk kills important but come on did the Avs play a penalty free game. D has perked up since Samberg can back. Big time effort from the whole team and that is what's needed every night and especially on the taill end of a b2b. 2-1-2 on the home stand so far.
