Yeah, if the fans see a guy absolutely putrid he isn't magically going to get better just because we acquired him.

This trade is bad, bad, bad.

Lindgren might become an acceptable 3rd pair Dman for us, and he might be an upgrade over CDH or whoever we put there. That is certainly possible.

It's a f***ing awful price to pay for that to happen though.

I'm concerned about Mason's quality of play even if healthy.

When healthy, He's always been fantastic in the playoffs. This year's Manson hasn't looked any different in the regular season than past years, so I'm not concerned there.

With that said, he should look better and less exposed in a smaller role here so there's a chance that we won't see him sucking as much as Rags fans did. I give you that.
