I guess they’re betting that NY’s horseshit system made Lindgren look worse than he actually is. Dude actually did look good for a while there but injuries have taken a real toll. So far the most notable thing I remember him for is taking off Joonas Donskoi’s head and then getting his ass handed to him by Naz Kadri in the ensuing fight.

No idea what to make of Vesey. Big body, at some point I think he had some finishing ability. Probably better than Parssinen.

We gave up next to nothing for JMFJ.

We are giving up a promising - Bednar's opinion of him be damned - player in Parssinen and two picks for a guy who might be worse than JMFJ.

I have been saying it for a while now - it is so incredibly obvious CMac and Bednar are not on the same page whatsoever.

This is not a Jared Bednar-style player we are acquiring.

Nobody can convince me there isn’t a huge disconnect between CMac and Bednar.

We gave up a 3rd for Parssinen just 2.5 months ago and Bednar never really liked him. Never gave him a fair shot or chance. Couldn’t wait to scratch him once Val was back.

Now we dump him for a brutal impending UFA.

2nd, 3rd(Parssinen), and 4th for the carcass of Lindgren for 20 regular season games and whatever we do in the playoffs.
