CMac saved Bednar’s job by getting him a goalie who can stop pucks. Coaches usually get fired because of bad goaltending

A W is a W. Nice to have a real goalie. You can just see the Avs are no longer scrambling after every shot like they were with Georgiev. When a puck hits Blackwood in the chest, he there's no rebound.

He was I'm never a bad coach. Just his shelf life might be up. His system is getting exposed more and more as the seasons go along. And we really don't have the horses to run it properly anymore. I'm starting to hope MacK gets in a fight every game, so it keeps that playing time under 20 minutes.
