Liked almost everyone’s game so far outside of smith and Mitts has to be better as well

Im probably a few weeks away from bangin the trade for a 2C bell. Mittelstadt got rescued from Buffalo and he does nothing with the opportunity. Guys playing with one of the best wingers in hockey and looks like he doesnt belong.

MACK with Nuke and Lekky works.. He can play with those two. It doesn't work with Mitts. Mitts isn't involved on the wall like Mack is.

I know the shots evened up a bit, but I liked their jam that period. It wasn't pretty but that was a rough period for their D.

This is a very interesting game so far … Colorado leaving it all in the ice .. Utah playing more positional .., not winning as many puck battles

I can see Colorado tiring out , which may help Utah as the game goes on . Because they should have plenty of energy left

Puck control, precision passing, playmaking.

Admittedly, he's not on top of all that like he was early in the season. I suspect he has some nagging afflictions - hands, wrists, shoulders, etc..

Or could have hit the wall and knows he's not the best fit for this team.

(Seems it takes CMac and Bednar a bit longer to recognize the obvious than most of the folks here. Witness the delay in recognizing Georgiev is a sieve.)

He's been cold for so long it's starting to get scary.

He's fine, no way he just turns into a pumpkin. He's slow to adapt, but always does. I think the chaos of our lineup has made it difficult for him to adapt and develop chemistry.

I'm pretty confident he'll be fine, but he's a 50/60 maybe 70 point 2C. He's going to have some warts.

I kinda hoped he'd breakout as a 70/80 guy, but even if that doesn't happen we don't need a 2C that is PPG. Which he has shown flashes of tbh.

It was only for around 3 and a half minutes but Kivi (98.24), Kelly (98.30) and LOC (98.30) owned xGF% in the first.

Malinski led defensement with 82.25 compared to Makar at 76.05 and Girard at 75.83.

Lehky, Nate and Nuke were all getting hemmed in and were all below 30.00 in the first.

At ES, the Avs owned 69.79% overall.
