From what I've read/listened, Kadri is more than willing to stay but wants his raise. Colorado is his #1 choice.

Just rewatched Bednar’s speech and for all the crap he takes sometimes on how the team plays and some of the questionable calls or moves made you have to feel for the guy. He’s the avalanche’s best coach they have ever had, the emotion he gave for those 5 mins has been the billed up from the last 5 years from 48 points to second round loses, glad he got the chance to see the team though it all.
