I thought that puck was getting cleared but upon review LOCs stick was limited by Gourde's skate so he couldn't get full power on that clear attempt.

There's just no way you can go back to Georgiev any time soon.

Annunen has earned a TON more starts after his last two games, even if the tests haven't been that hard (only 13 high danger chances against total tonight) and you can rotate Kahkonen to see what he can do.

Fact of that matter is Annunen has vastly outplayed Georgiev to start the season.

You make it sound like 13 high danger chances wouldn’t be 6-7 GA with Georgie in net

Mikko was off sides. Their 2nd goal was in the last 3.2 seconds. It wasn't really that close.

Have to imagine that playing in front of a big boy that doesn't move is more predictable than an annoying head case that is routinely out of position.

It's not just the start of this season. Last year down the stretch he was the better goaler too. I still wonder what would have happened if he wasn't sick after game 1 when George shut the bed vs the Jets.

Now that its over. Juice was fantastic tonight especially early when the Avs were being outplayed bad. He kept them in the game. Made some key stops, looked calm, controlled his rebounds well and it feels like maybe the guys in front arent playing as tense. This is a no brainer you go back to Juice.

Thats a solid road win as you can get imo. It was sloppy at times sure but the Avs have alot of stupid players so you have to expect it. Juice was great and the offense woke up enough to get a dub against a team the Avs have always had trouble playing.
