We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.
What This Means for You:
- If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
- If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.

Complacency is our biggest enemy. Playing soft with that 3 goal lead was just asking for the comeback. Makar and MacK are two of the biggest offenders too.

Didn’t you see Mack telling him to shut up when they came back from commercial earlier? I doubt the team listens to him.
It is to an extent. Look at goals 3 and 4. Not good enough. The team hasn't been good enough either but BBW has let in 2 softies.

Yeah, I ain't mad. Disappointed a bit, but not mad at Blackwood. Just commenting that there are a few of those that he'd probably like a second chanced at.
I'm much easier on goalies than most around here though. Until a certain point. Georgiev is the first goalie I've actively wanted the Avalanche to get rid of in a long, long, long time.
Tonight... I think the Avs skated to that 4-1 lead and Blackwood probably lost some focus and as the team started to turtle (poorly, once again) it caught him off-guard. This should not be a 4-4 game. But I actually do have to credit Montreal for not quiting. If they win this, bully for them!
