Yeah but we still need forwards more than DAvs absolutely needed a guy like Ludvig, even if he’s not the guys. Distinct lack of physicality on the defense.

We can need depth forwards and physical defensemen at the same time.Yeah but we still need forwards more than D
40 million dollar renovation. We gotta leverage that.Casa Bonita doing some heavy lifting.
It's not even that we need physical defensemen... they just need to be something more than a frightened rabbit when under a heavy forecheck and be able to occasionally absorb a hit.We can need depth forwards and physical defensemen at the same time.
Not statwhackers!Who could have predicted that exclusively signing a bunch of smaller, soft puckmovers who can't handle the forecheck to fill the bottom two pairings wasn't such a great idea
Hopefully both.I like it, we needed another physical player on the back end.
Curious if this means they're waive one or both of Kylington and Brannstrom
I expect Ludwig to fill MacDermid's role of the physical 13F/8DWe can need depth forwards and physical defensemen at the same time.
Ludvig has not played forward to my recollection.I expect Ludwig to fill MacDermid's role of the physical 13F/8D
Ludvig and Manson on the same line. Chances are no one will mess with us.Nolan Pratt and the Avs have done a great job in the past with fringe bottom pair guys, and they seem to have some synergy with the pro scouts about who they can get the most out of. If they think Ludvig is a good candidate for a tune-up into a solid bottom pair D, I trust their judgment.
Has that ever made a difference to Bednar? Feel like he's pretty content having a player like Ludwig play 5-8 minutes at forward if needed.Ludvig has not played forward to my recollection.
Yes? The only 2 players that played both positions under him were already known for doing it.Has that ever made a difference to Bednar?
When has Bednar ever done anything like this? Did MacDermid ever even approach more than 5 minutes in a game at forward unless it was a blowout?Has that ever made a difference to Bednar? Feel like he's pretty content having a player like Ludwig play 5-8 minutes at forward if needed.
Are there any Beethoven's on the waiver wire?
