What I see simply is that the Avs haven't figured out how to beat the Blues defensive scheme. (Or don't really care to put in the necessary work to do so.)

And they are committing give away and defensive error after defensive error.

Wonder what was their schedule in St Louis the last couple of days?

What I see is a team missing 2 top 6 forwards and 2 top 4 dmen with nothing really to play for that were at the butt end of some poor calls and an absurdly hot goalie, who will eventually come back to reality.

St Louis is playing their A squad and A game while we are playing the C squad with a so so effort as there isn't much to play for. Why give them any info on how or what we might do differently if we might have to play them down the line.
