What scares me in this is the cap hits are very similar. That means that there's probably no Carlo attached to that deal.

Yes it makes the team better lol. You can’t go back I time and undo Byram for Mittelstadt. People might thing it’s terrible asset management but what would be worse is keeping Mittelstadt and not having Charlie Coyle.

The writing was on the wall when Nelson was acquired. Coyle is an ideal 3C. Mittelstadt can’t play in the bottom 6.

Problem with that is I don't believe any of Kiviranta, Kelly, or O'Connor should be on a 3rd line, whereas I think Drury can be and Coyle has played RW for a lot of years in his career, too.
