The reason the home team wins more series than the visiting team is because they are higher seeded and more than likely to simply be a better team. An 82 game regular season sorteed this all out... unless anyone thinks teams are sandbagging but still aiming for the playoffs.

I suppose that plays out in the statistics (I don’t know) but I do know the players do seem to legitimately appreciate the fans. Either way it is more fun when the place is pumped up.
