Does anyone actually believe that MacK should have been 3rd star over Blackwood tonight? Mack's mishandled the puck repeatedly the past few games and he's clearly not himself

And like MIttlestadt, he's been knocked to the ice repeatedly a couple of times of late.

Not to mention the return of the old pull up and spin arama from him.

So while many of you deservingly point fingers at Mitts, recognize that the puck hasn't been sticking like glue to MacK's stick like it does when he's 100% either.

I think they are are both banged up and I hope the week off helps them heal.

These are facts. If I'm not mistaken, MacK ended his 1st shift very short against the Sharks and looked kinda slow to get off. Would have to re-watch to be sure. But if y'all remember, he got banged up a couple of times earlier in the season and his speed/mobility took a hit after those.

From 0-4 to 5-4. It happened. Three points that game. And that’s why this post is so incredibly passive aggressive.

I'd say most people here have been super critical of Mack. We're all watching the games too. We can see Mack has not been playing at his best.

Mittelstadt is used to playing for Buffalo. 1 month before the holidays you stop giving a shit about winning hockey and you coast.

As long as he looks good during the playoffs, we will be fine.

It is hilarious that people are complaining about Nate when he's 5 points ahead of the next chump in points.

And they're not wrong. He could easily be 10+ points ahead with a better plus/minus.

I’m fairly confident in saying that de Haan and Girard have only been paired together three times in three games and they’ve given up a goal literally every f***ing time they’ve been together. Like…come the f*** on, Bednar.

Anyway, still far from a stellar effort but have to love the Kivi hat trick with two ENGs!

Wonder if there will be a complete housecleaning in Seattle after this season. I wouldn’t be surprised if Bylsma follows Franchise out the door. If Campbell gets offered a PWHL HC gig she should take it so she can coach a team with actual talent.

You'd think Seattle would be an attractive destination for FA's (beautiful area, no state tax, good fanbase despite being a new team), but it feels like they are the Winnipeg Jets with the way they've been overpaying for players. I don't know if that's just bad management or players not seeing it as a desirable location.

Seattle is an abhorrent situation. Only Gourde and Tanev on expiring UFA deals.

They are locked in long term to old guys like Stephenson, Schwartz, Eberle, Burakovsky, Montour, Larsson, and Grubauer.

That's 34M tied into players until at least 2026 and not a single difference maker IMO.

Ron Francis is a bad GM. He was bad in Carolina and has shown to be even worse in Seattle.
