Rants getting back and playing D was VERY noticeable during this game. I just wish that this style was his consistent game. Avs made the kings look very mediocre for 2/3 of the game. So strange that Tynan is such a force in the AHL scoring and looks like he can't hit the broadside of a barn in the NHL.

Agreed. Rants was the absolute whole package last night. If he played like that more consistently, we'd be having regular debates as to who this teams best forward is. With regards to Tynan, he needs to change his game up in the NHL. Dude has to focus on being a crash and bash disrupter, not a scorer IMO.

Not gonna lie, that was a masterclass 40 minutes after the 1st. That said, I'm very disappointed that Rants didn't roof it on his empty netter.

Kivranta-Kelly-LoC had a lot of chemistry and i think LoC needs less mins. He hasnt been good this year, his offense is not there.
