That shit works both ways thoughThat shootout was Bedz letting the top guys know how he feels about them right now. A big middle finger.

Very much so. Been better than Mitts, but hasn't nearly been the playdriver they need to make a run. Hopefully Bednar stops dicking around and gives him some help.Anybody else kinda underwhelmed with Nelson?
Not worth resigning at this point now.Very much so. Been better than Mitts, but hasn't nearly been the playdriver they need to make a run. Hopefully Bednar stops dicking around and gives him some help.
Healthy, rested and Makar 30 goalsJust stay healthy for rest of the regular season. That’s all I care about
Dude. Calgary’s beatable even if you’re short handed against them. No excuses for this loss.Another close game where the refs had a major impact by ignoring obvious calls.
What a disaster that would be. Back to square one with the #2C spot with tons of assets spent. Not worth resigning at this point now.
Only thing worse is signing him at 8 million for four years and getting the same. He better have a good post-season.What a disaster that would be. Back to square one with the #2C spot with tons of assets spent.
What about Taylor Makar? What a disaster that would be. Back to square one with the #2C spot with tons of assets spent.
Necas said in his pre-game interview the Avs pretty much know who they are going to play.My guess is they know they're likely playing Dallas as the 3 seed anyway so they don't care at all, like in 2022
Also can't invest in a guy till age 37 that's already struggling to keep up in this system. But his playoff performance is ultimately what's gonna sway the FO to make a legitimate offer. We'll see. What a disaster that would be. Back to square one with the #2C spot with tons of assets spent.
Both Calgary goals preventable. Both Calgary goals should’ve been stopped.
I see what he's trying to do. MacK loves playing with Lehky and Drou...and separating him from Necas gives an elite skater and zone entry machine on each line. On paper it makes sense. But you can manufacture chemistry. Stop f***ing around with it and go with what works. Simple as that.Poor coaching by Bednar tonight.
First, he goes again with the same lines that didn’t work against the Blues. I’m convinced he’s trying like hell to get Lehkonen going since we haven’t seen a goal from him in nine games (and frankly he doesn’t look great…something’s wrong) but it’s not working. At least he knows, or I HOPE he knows, that putting Lehkonen and Nichushkin is a mistake.
Bad shootout choices but I assume that’s because Nate and Cale were absolutely dead after playing almost the entire OT. Bednar waaaaaaay overplayed those two when he could’ve gone with LOC (and he didn’t until way late) or Girard, or hell even Malinski.
Another blown third period lead. Avs making way too many mistakes late in games and the goaltending is not bailing them out. Very concerning trend heading into the postseason.
1, 2, 3, 4............I hadn't considered it before, but maybe Bednar isn't that good of a coach?
Also, if Ross Colton misses at point blank range one more f***ing time, MacKinnon needs to bitch him out.
