Avs didn't do enough to win but were still the better team today. Binnington played great. Blues don't scare anybody.

Can't win em all, though. Honestly, I'd rather the Avs head into the playoffs with a few losses rather than lengthy winning streak.

We know when you win a lot, especially in a row, bad habits can creep in. Get them out closer to playoffs.

No one gets everything they think they need going into the playoffs. We got super lucky with Malinski for free and he's become a credible 5/6D with a chance at being a top 4. Manson is pretty much around just for the playoffs so let's hope he's healthy and stays that way

3 posts and at least 3 absolute luck saves isn't playing well. If the Avs get any puck luck it's a 5-2 win.

We deserved the win, the refs took it from us by making game altering bad calls in favor of one team.

f***, I only got to watch the third and I’m just pissed at the refs now

The Colton interference and Malinski high-stick were good calls. The call on Mackinnon for tripping was awful though, as was the non-call on the elbow on Lindgren in the NZ.

Anyways, take the L and move on. Sometimes you just don't get the calls and bounces. The Avs hit the post twice and whiffed on a few good looks in the 3rd period.

The Blues would take hard work to beat in the playoffs but the Avs would be clear favourites in a best of 7.
