I can forgive Manson somewhat considering his f***up came in the offensive end on the back of a dominant shift that he was involved in. Little G quite literally gave them the puck in our end...

Nah, because Mansons wasn't just that play. Him turning the puck over also then happened in the middle of a change. So we had two different lines of forwards on and Girard was at the tail end of his shift at that point but couldn't change because of the turnover.


There's no excuse for anything other than either an icing from the Canes or a really Grade A chance for the Avs after they had all 5 guys on the ice for 2.5 minutes.
