It's what I would do to fix a soldier who needed to be faster, but was already very strong.
Pretty rudimentary, but get out of the gym and into the pool and running. I'm sure they know way more than me at this point. Calisthenics I think they call it, body weight only exercises.
Muscles take more Blood/O2, and weigh more. I think the kid just has something where his face is the way it is, and he hits the gym to compensate I think.
He may never move like a ninja in net, but he should be able to stop a couple more shots if he wires up a touch.
