How is EJ these days? Better/worse than De Haan?

Probably not a fair question, depends with/without the puck.

Reacting to the thread title:

The EJ 1000 is a big clunky robot mostly used to cheer up the crew on long space trips due to its humor hypergenerator. Can also block a few small asteroids on occasion.

I'm actually shocked that de Haan's numbers have been that good.

Logically speaking, EJ probably would've been better off just hanging them up, but sometimes it's good to leave it all out there so there's no doubt when you finally do call it quits.

It really shouldn’t be a shock.

All of our players have good analytics for the most part. We are top 5 in all the fancy stats other than goaltending.

Have we lost yet?

EJ clapper off the ref’s shin and past Annunen.

1-0 Flyers.

In a way, that is technically top 5 in all fancy stats no? We're at the tippity top of the shitty goalie list.

You can tell EJ really does miss the Avs.

However, money talks and the Avs sure as f*** weren't going to give him anything close to what Buffalo did.

If he was adamant on retiring an Av he would have taken a ~1M contract. I don't blame him for taking 3x that.

Forever grateful for EJ.

Also, what is the final save percentage of our goaltender tonight? Over/Under .865
It's Annunen, and he's starting so it could be either. In the games that he starts, it's either really good or really bad. In games that he's the relief.... Oof.

Yeah I've been seeing this too, the stats suggest Manson is shit and de Haan has been playing well when anyone who has seen more than 3 Avs games this season would say the opposite.

I was thinking of subbing to one of these things like J-Fresh but they paint a really misleading picture at times so don't think it'd be worth it unless you wanna have a really skewed perspective of who's good/bad.
