I'd play along, butI know nothing about any players likely available beyond the 1st and 2nd round. In fact I probably would not even know the names of those possible players.

guess that means I could be like the Oilers. lol

What does everybody think of a 24 hour period before the draft starts to negotiate trades to move up/down/player swaps/etc?
 
I'm in for Chicago, but I don't really know much about any prospects beyond the 2nd.
 
Amazing work Hench, I wanted to say that. Trust me, I know how much time you spent on doing that.

As the GM of the Jets for the current and future GMs, I would say that not one single player on my team is untouchable. BUT, it has to be for the right price.

Calgary and I have already agreed on a trade. Do we have to wait to make it official or can we do it now?
 
I'm in a bit of a drunken stupor over the next few days heading into graduation.

Players on Anaheim I like = Gibson, Fowler, Sbisa, Silfverberg, Palmieri, Bonino... I think that's it. The rest are on the table.

My picks are open for trading up or down, I have 2 1sts and 2 2nds...

I'm primarily looking for top notch young defenders at the moment and centers.

What's the UFA plan in this game? Assume we keep them all for another year at their current salary, let them rot?

I'd say the UFA should happen after the draft should we choose to extend it to a full offseason. UFA auctions?

IIRC Buffalo still has theirs, so you can use it in him if you can't find a trade partner.

Edit: to be 100% clear if your team has a compliance buyout, they can be used.
